How does it work?
Tenants are referenced either before or during the tenancy negotiations. Once terms are agreed an offer letter is sent out and a holding deposit is collected online. Contracts are digitally distributed for signing to all parties. Deposit and initial rent can be collected online. The move in date is agreed and tenant offered move-in services and insurance. Landlords are also offered various insurance products via the platform. The diary centre will monitor future processes including all regulatory property inspections.
